  African Civil Society Delegation Meets Liberian President
ACORD led a civil society delegation to hold talks with President Sirleaf, in her capacity as co-chair of the UN High Level Panel on the post 2015 agenda. It is critical to ensure an open consultation process that brings citizen's voices to the fore. Read more

In response to Mali's crisis occasioned by severe drought and violent uprisings in the north, ACORD has had to reposition its activities in the country, seeking ways to continue supporting the affected populations. Read more
  South Sudan: Sustainable Agricultural Practices
Twelve farmer groups comprising of 360 farmers within 3 bomas of Nyarubanga, Kit and Karpeto in Lobonok Payam have been successfully formed. Three additional associations are being formed. Read more

A successful irrigation programme by Associaçao Rogadio in Moamba District, Maputo Province. This demonstrates that investing energy and resources in a good plan results in increase in food production. Read more
  Hidden War Crimes
This documentary film shows why tackling sexual and gender based violence requires a holistic methodology from awareness creation to soliciting political will, changing laws, arresting perpetrators, to healing and economic empowerment of women survivors. This cannot be achieved without changing attitudes in society.
